AN EX-BURNHAM BOY.
CONVICTED OF BURGLARY.
[bi telecraph.—press association.] Palmerstox North, Monday<| Tie young man George Watson, who wal arrested on Saturday for burglary, came before Mr. Poynton, S.M., this morning. He pleaded guilty, and was remanded to the Supreme Court for sentence. On the Masterton charges, which accused admitted, he was remanded for one week. ' Sub-Inspector Marsack said accused's real name was Joseph Charles Talke, and that he had been convicted of theft some years ago, and committed to Burnham, whence he escaped to Australia. He came back to the Dominion recently.
