In a, special article on " Pessimists and 'o Empire," the Times of today says : — " Too few nowadays ere to see either fairness or greatness in England. There arc too many tongues babbling of England's decadence.
" Let us rejoice in the greatness of Ei.jland in the past, and still mow in the conviction that England and the Empire were 'never greater than they are to-day." '
