CLAIMANT TO MILLIONS.
Litigation which, it was declared, would equal in importance and public interest the famous Tichborne case, will probably result from a meeting held at Tunbridge Wells recently to promote a company to prosecute a claim to the Fuller Estates in Sussex and Jamaica, the total value being set at several millions sterling. ' The English estate of 6000 acres is situated between Brightling, Pevensey and Hove It, is explained that, although at. the beginning of last century they were of little value, they have become a valuable property. ..'■ ..':■■ The chief claimant is Peter-Fuller, a man in humble circumstances, living at. Tunbridge. "■ ,'■ Counsel said that Peter Fuller traced his connection with the Sussex' Fuller family as far back, for the . purposes of this case, as 1653, and he based his claim upon an alleged wrongful devolution of the estates after the death, in 1834, of John Fuller, the Sussex M.P.I who was known as " Mad Dick." > ' • Only a few links were necessary to complete the chain of evidence, and* although the share capital of the company was to be £10,000, d much smaller sum would suffice to make Peter Fuller's case complete. Lord St. Audries, who is said to be one of the claimants, was represented at the meeting by a solicitor. Mr Peter Fuller says that he has all the documents and certificates necessary to prove his case with but a few exceptions which cm be made good by careful search, ° J
