DESTRUCTIVE FIRE AT TUAKAU.

[by telegraph.— correspondent.] Tuakut, Wednesday. Mr. Mabii/l's large barn, stables, and cowshed combined, was totally destroyed by fire last, night; also the contents, consisting of produce, some implements, a buggy, large trap, small trap, harness, saddles, and other things. The building was insured, but there was no insurance on the contents. No idea exists as to the origin of the file, which is a great loss to Mr. Madill.
