[by telegraph.— CORRESPONDENT.] Coromandel, Friday. The following have been granted old age pensions by Mr. R. S. Rush, S.M. : Rahera l'untiipi, £18; l'ahoka Kalio, £18; Wiremu l'araneha, £18; Hamiora Hororiri, £18; Mita Te Arawea, £18; Te Koukou Te Kalia, £18; Tarawhati Whakamoeariki, £18; Takekc liuia. £18; Ilopa Hokinia, 1818; Kcrehama Matai, £18; Charles Smith, £18; John Coxhead, £18; Mikacre Taoki, £15; Ilakupa Te Tuhituhi, £18; Tamati Mohika, £15.
At the Magistrate's Court this morning Mr. R. S. Hush. S.M., gave judgment in the case of J. C. Fraser v. Geo. Darling, for £57 2s and costs. Defendant claimed £33 in penalties for delay in finishing the work, the S.M. allowing £12 and costs. Mr. Collins appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr. Cruickshank for the defendant.
