A civil case—Thomas Wells v. Samuel S. Rogers, for goods supplied to the amount of 1-10 :5s 3d, — came before the Court. Defendant confessed judgment, and entered into an arrangement with Mr. Wells, which left the intervention of the Court uncalled for. Costs, 13s. This concluded the business.
