Deunk and Disorderly. — Patrick Callaghan, for this offence, was cautioned and discharged, having been locked up since Saturday. Breach ov Town and Country Police Ordinance. — 11. M. Payne, E. HucW on, and A. Baker were charged with allowing horses to wander in the public streets, and fined 6s 6d. David Grey was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, with hard labor, in Dunedin Goal.
