Following the action of the boilermakers at Wallsend, Shields, Clyde, and Hull, in r-ejecting the agreement, the society announces that its funds are exhausted. Twenty thousand men are locked out. (Received Nov. 7, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Sunday. The boilermakers at Hartlepool, Beverley, Govan, and Greenock are largely against the agreement to end the lockout.
