The Sovereigns had a :prolonged private interview. PARIS, Saturdays "Le Matin's" St. Petersburg correspondent, referring to the meeting at Potsdam, states that the Czar believes it is desirable to ielleviate certain relations which are occasionally strained, and especially to remove the difficult points upon which friction arises.
