DETAILS OF THE TREATY.

LONDON. February l::. Article ttvo cf the Treaty states that if either (ireai Britain or Japan, in defence of the respective interests above described, becomes involved ioj war with another Power, the other ally will maintain strict neutrality and use efforts to prevent other Powers from joining m hoßtiKties against its ally.
