Cricketers for Australia.
Christchukch, April 16. At a meeting of the New Zealanl Cricket Council correspondence was rea 1 from inter-colonial associations on the question of a tour of New Zealand cricketers in Australia. A motion that tho tour should be abandoned was rejected in favour of an amendment postponing the consideration of the question. It was resolved that the efforts should be made to secure a visit from the Australian Eleven on tho return from England, and a committee was appointed to confer on the matter with the alliliated Association.
