IJkrmn, November 1. Tho German Kmperor and Kinpress ami the Dnkeof York took part in thecorcmony of the rcconsocration of tho restored Schloss Kirclio at Wittcnburg, containing the tombs of Luther .ind Mclancthon. There was a gorgeous historical pageant in honor ' of the occasion.
