Ih the Resident Magistrate's Court, on Saturday, Cornelius Raymond was fined 30s and costs, for allowing three cows to be at large. 11. J. L. Augarde was fined lOs. and costs, for allowing one horse to wander in the streets. The case of Pike v. AA r ise will ccme on for hearing again to-morrow, the parties having been unable to consent to the arbitration that was suggested by the Resident Magistrate.
