NOTICE is hereby given, that by Deed bearing date the Eighteenth day of October, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty-six, and made between THOM4S BROWN, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Ship Carpenter, of the first part; Robbet Aitkest, of the City of Nelson, aforesaid, Brewer, and Malcolm Muie Webster, of the City of Nelson, aforesaid, Storekeeper, two of the Creditors of the said Thomas Brown, of the .second part; and the several persons whose names are thereunder subscribed and set, also Creditors of the said Thomas Brown, of the third part; the said Thomas Brown did assign all the real and personal Estate and Effects unto the said Robert Aitken and "Malcolm Muir Webster, as Trustees for the benefit cf all Creditors of the said Thomas Brown. And Notice is hereby further given that the said Deed now lies at our office in Hardy-street, in the City of Nelson, aforesaid, for the inspection of and execution by the several Creditors of the said Thomas Brown, who are requested to come in and execute the same. All persons to whom the said Thomas Brown is indebted are requested to send in particulars of their claims to the undersigned forthwith, and all persons indebted to the said Thomas Brown are requested to pay the amounts due by them to either of the said Trustees, and to no other person.
