INSOLVENCY JURISDICTION. THIS DAY. His Honor Judge Johnston took his seat at half-past tea o'clock. petitions discharged, The following insolvents received their final discharge : —John A. Laugford, William Corkhill, Thomas Bush, C. J. G. Greenlaw. first hearing. In re Henry Hargreaves. Mr. Pitt for petitioner. There was no opposition. Mr. 11. H. Stafford, the sequestrator, was appointed trustee. Adjourned until the 23rd instant, for final hearing. In re Joseph M'Lachlau. Mr. Pitt applied for a postponement. It now became apparent that his Honor was laboring under severe illness, and after sitting till half-past eleven he withdrew from the bench. Shortly after, the Insolvency Court was adjourned until Friday next, at ten o'clock.
