NORMAL RELATIONS SUSPENDED
(Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 24. The "Daily Express' " Athens correspondent states that the British Minister made it clear to Iving Constantino that normal relations with Greece cannot be restored until he abdicates in favour of Prince George. It understood that King Constantino has decided to abdicate shortly in the interests of Greece. If he changes his mind the recent financial arrangements will be cancclled.
M. Venizelos has intimated his willingness to serve the State after the King's abdication—A. and N.Z.
