The Feildiug Operatic Society is busily engaged leiiearsiug 'Tim Pirates of Penzance," which will bo produced iu a few months. The oust has beeu allotted, and tinder Mr Woodmas'fl capable direction the Society should give a Rood representation in one of the favourito Gilbert and Sullivan productions.
Last evening Drnids entertained the Oddfellows in the Friendly Sociotios' card tourunmeits. The result was a win lor the Oddfellows by 21 gatue3 to 1!). Oapt. Thorns ut thauked the Druids for the eritertainmeut.
