Auckland, Last Night. The grand jury, by a majority vote, threw out the Bill in the charge of manslaughter against Dr J. C. Collins, senior medical officer of the Auckland Hospital, arising out of the operation on Wallis Wright, referred to in the report of the recent Eoyal Commission on the Hospital,
