Wellington Last Night. Tho Premier visited tho labor picnic to-do.y at Day's Bay and gave an address, in which he pointed to the great strides made by the colony during last year, and the great increase in the number of industries. He said that anything he could do to maintain the prosperity of the workers would be a labour of love.
