Dangerous Movement.
Louis Botha Aggressive. Amnesty Fledges Unfulfilled. Received July 5, 2.10 p.m. L6ndon, Saturday. Two thousand Dutchmen attended the meeting at Moidleberg. The Standard's correspondent says that General Botha's tone was aggressively hostile. He complained that the amnesty pledges were unfulfilled. He complained that the taal was treated as a' foreign language, and said Boer teachers ought to conduct the education of Dutchmen wbo must retain the land.. The Moderates regard the moeting as the initiation of a highly dangerous movement.
