Australian-New Zc.tJsnd Cable Association Received November 16. 11.10 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 16. A steamer without lights am! under Admiralty orders collided with another in (ho English Channel on Sunday and sank. Fourteen were drowned. The unknown steamer, though ordered to stand by, steamed oil.
