MOBILE ENEMY FORCES.
TO OPERATE IN PALESTINE AND MESOPOTAMIA. WHEN THE INVASION OF ITALY ENDS. Received November 16, 11.60 a.m. ROME, Nov. 15. The Popolo Romano slates that the Germans, Austrians, Bulgarians and Turks have fotitid a mobile army which can move to any front in a few weeks. It will be employed at Palestine and Mesopotamia during the coming winter, when the invasion of Italy is ended.
