SEDITION IN INDIA.
BOMB OUTRAGES ON THE ' RAILWAYS. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Pee Press Association.) • LONDON, Jan. 18. Surendra Nath Banarjee, journalist, called a meeting at Barrackpore to devise means to.prevent bomb outrages on tie railways in India. Router's agent at Calcutta reports that a sensation has been caused by the arrest of ten men belonging to the 10th Jate Native Infantry Regiment, 6tationed at Calcutta, on a charge that they had been connected with seditious movements. They were imprisoned in separate cells. It is expected that the rgiment will be transferred.
It is understood that only a very few men are affected, though it has been ascertained that direct efforts have been made to tamper with their fidelity.
