TELEGRAPHIC NEWS.
(Per Pbeßß Association.} AUCKLAND, Jan. 19. Percy F. Battley, solicitor, was found at his home in Arawa street to-day suffering from the effects of laudanum poisoning. He died, within an hour. The circumstances point to suicide. He leaves a wife and two children.
