All protests to be lodged with the Secretary within five minutes of finish of race accompanied by os which amount is to be forfeited if the protest is deemed frivilous. Handicaps will be declared on TUESDAY, March 29th. The whole of- the events will be conducted under the rules of the Feilding Athletic Club.Ashhurst Band in Attendance.
