In th«s Magistrate's Court William Henry Sntcliffe, charged with nnlawfnlly using an instrument, was remanded till September 6th Thomas Lawrence, charged with being an accessary to the alleged offence, was remanded to the same Bail in each case was fixed at accused in £50 and two sureties of £100 each.
