[united pkess association.] Wellington, September 12. The Premier's health is improving, and Ministers expect that he will be able to resume his place m the House to morrow. Last week the Labor Bureau secured work for 32 men, the majority being bush hands ; the men hailing from all parts of the Colony. To-day the Bureau sent 25 men to Mr Donnelly's station m Napier. The s.s. Doric left Rio de Janiero on Friday afternoon last for Plymouth, with her cargo of frozen meat m good condition.
