A SAD FATALITY.
LORD ANCRUM ACCIDENTALLY SHOT. [UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION.! . Received June 17, 10,45 a.m. Sydney, June 17. Lord Ancrum (eldest son of the Marquis of Lothian), A.D.C. to the Earl bf Jersey, while out on a shooting expedition at Bombala, m company with Captain Leigh, was accidentally shot. The horse which Lord Ancrum was riding became restive, causing his gun to explode, the full charge entering the rider's' body, and death being instantaneous. The Earl of Jersey, who was on a tour m the irrigation colonies, is returning to Sydney.
