THEREBY GIVE NOTICE, pursuant to I Clause VI. of the Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1866, that an application lias been lodged in the Land Office, Christchurch, by Messrs Matheson's Agency, as holders of Pasturage Licence No. 202, Class 3, and by James Balfour Wemyss, as holder of Pasturage Licence No. 212, Class 3, to have the boundaries of the said runs amended in accordance with Clause 111. of the Act above referred to. If any person can shew cause why the boundaries of the said runs should not be altered, the same must be made known to the Waste Lands Board, Christchurch, before Thursday, the 29th day of April next.
