As there appears to be ut doubt about a mail for Engliuid this month, via Panama, can you inform me, in caso there should be none—will those letters be held over for the next mail or forwarded per Suez Mail ? No doubt ninny other people have hceu induced by your printing the Panama summary to net us 1 have done, and your answer will cnablo the public to know what course to pursue Your obedient; eerrant, MAIL, [On enquiry, we find that the Chief Postmuster Inn no official information as to whether a mall via Panama will, or will not, bo despatched this month.
