TENRY DUCKWORTH, deceased.JLI Pursuant to an Act of Parliament passed in the 22nd and 23rd years of the reign of Her present Majesty, cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further Amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees," notice is hereby given, that all persons having any CLAIMS or DEMANDS against the ESTATE of HENRY DUCKWORTH, formerly of No. 21, Brunswick square, in the county of Middlesex, but late of Salisbury street, Christchurch, New Zealand, accounant, deceased, (who died on the 6th of August, 1865, at Salisbury street, New Zealand, aforesaid, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate on the 10th day of May, \B(i6, by Kate Emily Duckworth, formerly of No. 70, St. George's road, Pimlico, in the county of Middlesex, but late of Torquay, in the county of Devon, the widow of the said Henry Duckworth, and his sole executrix, but now deceased, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate on the 2nd day of March, 1868, by John Duckworth, of Hadley green, near Barnet, auctioneer and estate agent, the executor therein named, who is therefore now the legal personal representative of the said Henry Duckworth), are hereby required to send particulars of such claims or demands to us, the undersigned Poole and Hughes, the solicitors for the said legal personal representative, on or before the 31st day of January, 1869: after which day the said legal personal representative will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have had notice; and that the said legal personal representa- | tive will not be liable for any part of such assets to any person of whose debt, claim, or demand he shall not then have had notice.— Dated this 16th day of .April, 1868.
