The property k a portion of Rural Section No. 79, immediately adjoining the Cliristchurch Railway Station. It has been divided into sections, each containing about one quarter of an acre, and is intersected by streets of the full width of GG feet. This Tery desirable property, having been long reserved, is now ottered for sale, in consequence of the near completion of the Moorbouse tunnel, and the increased demand for building and business sites convenient to the Cliristchurch Railway Station. Many of the sections are exceedingly valuable for such business purposes as the erection of bonded stores, goods sheds, merchants' warehouses and offices, &c, and also for the residences of those who may find it convenient to live near the Railway Station at Cliristchurch.
