TO SUBSCBIBEBS. - As, after the Ist January,lß67, a charge of Id : mil be made on every Newspaper passing through the post, we have made arrangements to deliver tho Lj/tteltoriTimes and Canterbury ■■ Times in parcels, free of all .charge, to our agents in the undermentioned districts. Subscribers will therefore please take notice that fiom that time their papers; can only be obtained by applying, to the agent of the paper, instead of as heretofore, the Post Office.. As we have incurred considerable;.troiible and expense in making these.arrangements, we trust that our subscribers' will 1 ; appreciate the endeavour to secure their interests, and take the trouble to communicate with.us in caße.any temporary stoppage or difficulty may occur in the delivery of their papers during the next few weeks. .■:
