No entry can be received after that date, and the Committee will in no case consider an entry valid unless the fees be paid at the time of making it. Exhibitors in private classes will not be called upon to pay entrance fees; and extra stock or implements, which cannot be exhibited in any of the advertised classes, will be admitted free, with the consent of the Stewards. The General Regulations and Instructions for the Judges are similar to those adopted by the Christchurch Agricultural and Pastoral Association. 11. BELFIELD, 3182 Hon. Sec. HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has fixed THURSDAY, the Twenty-second day of November, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-six, at the hour of noon, at a sitting of the Waste Lands Board, in the Land Office at Christchurch, as the time and place when a sale by auction of Town and Rural Land shall take place, in accordance with clause 24 and clause 35 of the Waste Lands Regulations, subject to the usual conditions of sale, and in conformity with the Regulations for the disposal sale, letting, and occupation of the Waste Lands of the Crown now in force within the Province of Canterbury.
