LYTTELTON.
Tojssat, FBB. IS. (Before Wm, Donald, Esq., R.M.) Several small debt eases were disposed of this morning. About n doien people had been summonsed in in re Fook's estate, but the official trustee or hit agent did not appear. A man of oolour was brought up for committing an assault oa Mr. Jaa. Smith, on the morning of the 12th inst. The charge was proved, and the accused was fined £1, ana 5s costs.
