Cattle Tbespasb.—X person named Soott was fined 10s, and costs, on the evidence of Constable Quin, for allowing two horses to wander at large iu the town.
Bbli t. Coap.—Claim for £18 16a, value of a boat, with other expenses. Plaintiff owned a boat on Lake Forsayth. He alleged that defendant had used this boat without permission, and the boat was destroyed in consequence of defendant's negleot, The oase oooupied the Court some time. Tho evidence was voluminous on the part of the plaintiff ; but the Court gave judgment for detondant, costs 2<ts, and £4,4s allowed for witnesses.
