The STATION is well bounded, and contains about 6865 acres of Freehold Land,. 5000 acres Government Land, and 4000 acres held under lease from the Natives, at a moderate rent. 200 acres of the Freehold Land are laid down in grass, and fenced; and 200 acres more are being laid down and fenced into paddocks ; the whole fencing being done with Totara.
