THE IMPROVEMENTS Consist of— A five-roomed Cottage Good Woolshed Sheepynrds Paddocks, Garden &c., &c. The sbeep are large framed, and clip heavy fleeces of good sound wool. The increase of the current and previous years is over 76 per cent. Easy access to the Shipping Port of Timaru, and moderate carriage on conveyance of wool.
