ELECTORAL DISTRICTS OF AVON, HEATHtjCOTE, CITY OF CHRISTCHURCH, AND ' i TIMARUr NOTICE is hereby given that a Court will be held for revising the List of Voters for the Electoral Districts of Avon, Heathcote, Christchurch, and Timaru, situated in the Province of Canterbury, at the Court House (old Land Office), on Wednesday the 15th day of June, at one o'clock, at which ; The claims of persons objected to w"l be determined. The names of persons proved to be dead will be ■ expunged. ; The names of persons whose christian names or place of abode, or the nature of whose qualification, shall be wholly omitted, when by law required to be ~ specified in the lists, or the nature or description of.: whose qualifications are insufficiently described for i the purpose of being identified, will be expunged, unless the matter so omittted or insufficiently described be supplied to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer, before he shall have completed the revision of such list of voters. NOTICE is hereby given that a Court will be held for revising the List of Voters for the Electoral District of Cheviot, situated partly in the Province of Nelson, and partly in the Province of Canterbury, and for the Electoral District of Kaiapoi, situated in the Province of Canterbury, at the Court House, Kaiapoi, on Saturday,, the 18th day of June, at one o'clock p.m., at which.
