N. register, exclusive of engine space; 20-horse power nominal, and capable of working up to 50. This eligible vessel was built on the Clyde, of Lowmoor iron, by one of the best builders, in 1860, and classed A] nine years. Her 4 last employment, on the Cape coast, was in the - capacity of a sailing vessel, but her whole machinery, including boiler gear, shafts, screws, &c., are all on board of the vessel, and can be set up at a very trifling expense. Her model is handsome, schooner rigged. Her cargo capacity is very large, and her extreme light draught of water (only drawing six ' feet, with a full cargo of dead-weight), renders her without exception a most valuable ship for the bar harbours and shallow rivers in New Zealand.
