NOTICE is hereby given, that Charles Oswald, of Christchurch, in the Province of Canterbury, New Zealand, Storekeeper, hath, by deed bearing date the third day of September now instant, conveyed and assigned all his freehold and leasehold property wheresoever situate, and all the personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of him the said Charles Oswald, unto John Ollivier, of Christchurch, aforesaid, Auctioneer, and William Wilson, also of Christchurch, aforesaid, Commission Agent, upon trust for the equal benefit of themselves and such other of the creditors as should come in and execute the said deed withiii three calendar months from the date thereof.
