SIR WATIvIN, a brown colt, standing 15 hands high, and rising 3-year old, by Purston, imported by Capt. Russell, out of Vesta : Purston, by Flying Dutchman, out of Cruiskeen Lawn; Vesta; by Sir Watkin, out of old Vesta, half-sister to Jorrocks. BUSINESS BOY, bred by Joseph Storr, Esq., of Owstwick, a dark bay, stands 16 hands 1 inch, with great substance and superior action. He was got by the noted horse Protection, dam by Mr. George Wood's Colonel, great grandam by Cragg's Luck's All, great great grandam by Hobson's Old Truth. Business Boy took the prize for yearlings at the Driffield Agricultural Show in 1855, also at Bridlington, the same year he was highly commended, and took the white ribbon, it being the expressed opinion of the judges that such a yearling had never previously been exhibited at either of the above places.
