JAMES LAWRENCE has received instructions to Sell by Auction, at Lloyd's Rooms, Melbourne, on Thursday, April 23, at 12 o'clock, the splendid and powerful Clyde-built Iron Paddle Steamer CULLODEN, Built by Messrs. Caird and Co., of Greenock, of the following dimensions:—Length over all, 150 ft.; beam, I7£ft.; depth, B£ft.; light draught of water, sft. 3in., with 50 tons cargo, 6£ft.; 60-horse power, nominal; and very light consumption of fuel. This beautiful boat is fitted up in a very superior manner, with saloons, separate sleeping-berths, with all the modern conveniences of a first-class steamer. Her hull and machinery are in perfect order, having just undergone a most extensive overhaul throughout, and can be handed over on a day's notice.
