THURSDAY, 21th APRIL. LAND ON THIHimRY ROAD. MESSRS. J. OLLIVIKK & SON have received instructions from R. J. S. Harman, Esq., agent for tho proprietor, to sell by Public Auction, at their rooms on THURSDAY, APRIL 24, Fifty Acres Freehold Land, part of rural section No. 48, situate and fronting upon tho Ferry Road, about half a mile from the south-east corner of the Town of Christchurch. Of this section, len acres are leased until September, 1866, at £5 per annum ; about eleven acres are leased until 1872 at £5 15s! per annum for four years, and at £11 10s. per annum for the remainder of the term; about twenty-nine acres are leased until 1876 at £7 2s. 6d. for one year, at £14 ss. for seven years, and £21 7s. 6d. for the last seven years of the time.
