ALPORT has received instructions from the Solicitor to the Mortgagee to Sell by Public Auction, on WEDNESDAY NEXT, FEB. 19, at the Market Place Auction Rooms, the following valuable properties, viz.,— The lease of the 50 acre section No. 243 d, situate upon the Lower Lincoln road, and immediately adjoining the land formerly occupied by J. Ollivier, Esq. The section is held under lease from the Church Property Trustees for the remainder of a term of 21 years, commencing December 25, 1853, at the following low rentals, viz.,— First 7 years (expired) rent £12 10s. per annum Second 7 years (6 to run) rent £25 „ Third 7 years, rent £37 10s.
