NOTICE is hereby given that by Deed of Conveyance and Assignment, bearing* date the 11th day of October, 1860, James William Moorhouse, of.Christchurch, Commission Agent, conveyed, assigned and assured unto William Wil.son, of Christchurch, Nurseryman, and William Thomson, of Christchurch, Accountant, all his Estate, Property and Effects, leal and personal, upon trust, for the equal benefit of such of the creditors of the said Jaa. Wm. Moorhouse as should execute the said deed within two months from the date thereof. And notice is also given that the said deed now lies at my office for the inspection and execution of the creditors of the said Jas. Wm. Moorhouse; and that such of them as shall not execute the same within two calendar months from the date thereof, they will be excluded from all benefit which shall arise therefrom. And notice is also given that Mr. David Kinnebrook ; of Cashel Street, Christchurch, Accountant, haw been duly authorized by the said trustees to collect and receive all monies due to the estate of ' the said J.
