THE SIEGE OF SEBASTOPOL.
(From the Times, Nov. 9thJ. (By Submarine and British Telegraph). Berlin, Weduesday evening. Prince Menschikoff, in his last report to the Emperor, announces that 60 English prisoners have been:taken;; On the 25th four redoubts were taken by General Liprandi, two of which were destroyed, and two were retained and fortified. The loss of the English cavalry was supposed by the Russians to amount to 500.
