THE following revised Minute on Education, adopted by the Executive Council on Saturday, the 17th inst., is published for general information. H. G. Gottiand, Provincial Secretary. The Council agree to substitute the following Clause for Clause 12 of the Education Minute of the 10th of April last: — The Fees of the District Schools shall be sixpence a week for each child, such fees to be paid on each Monday morning in advance. .
