Money Wigrain and Sons, 1 beg to inform you that I have made arrangements with Messrs. Frederick Young & Co., of 74, Cornhill, for the purpose of keeping up a regular line of communication between this country and the various ports in New Zealand. : According to the terms of this arrangement, I have transferred to them all my interest and connection with these Rooms, and agreed that in future they shall be conducted by Mr. Horace Young, who will represent Messrs. Frederick Young & Co,- in this branch of their establishment. I have only to add an expression of my hope that the confidence with which you have always treated me in your communications, upon all subjects relating to the Colonies, may be fully extended to Messrs. Frederick Young' & Co., whom you will find always ready, and in my estimation very competent, to afford you any information you may require upon colonial matters.
