Resolved, —"That the Committee desire to record their entire satisfaction with the efficient . manner in which Messrs. Filby <$c Co., and Mr. Joseph Stayner, have conducted all business confided to them as Brokers of the Association, from the commencement of their Shipping operation,—and their acknowledgment for the attention they have invariably paid to the Interests of the Association^ as well as to the comfort and convenience of the passengers on board their ships; and that this Resolution be communicated to. the above Gentlemen."
